Da VICRONIX keiner behördlichen Zulassungspflicht unterliegt, besteht keine spezielle Aufsichtsbehörde.

Für allgemeine gewerberechtliche Fragen ist das Bezirksamt Reinickendorf von Berlin, Ordnungsamt, zuständig.

Da sich unsere Leistungen ausschließlich an Unternehmer im Sinne des § 14 BGB richten, findet das Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG) keine Anwendung.

Unabhängig davon sind wir nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Since VICRONIX is not subject to any official licensing requirement, there is no specific supervisory authority.

For general questions relating to trade law, the competent authority is the Public Order Office of the Reinickendorf District Office of Berlin.

Since our services are directed exclusively at traders within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG) does not apply.

Irrespective of this, we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
